Clawson Town

Clawson is seven miles southwest of Castle Dale.It was settled in the spring of 1897 and named Kingsville for Guy King, one of the original settlers.  In 1904 the name was changed to Clawson in honor of the Mormon Apostle Rudger Clawson.
